This precaution is vital because the intricate techniques and craftsmanship behind our jewelry require specialized skills within our quality standards. We can only guarantee pieces that haven't been altered by someone whose work doesn't meet our rigorous criteria.

Secondly, while our jewelry boasts exceptional durability, mistreatment can compromise even the finest materials. Kindly avoid subjecting your pieces to excessive force or harsh chemicals. Remove rings and jewelry before exposure to such conditions to preserve their integrity.

Under our guarantee, should a Soul Nomads Fine Jewelry piece exhibit defects in material or craftsmanship within eighteen months of the original purchase, we'll repair it with materials of equivalent quality at no charge. For damages occurring beyond this period, we'll still offer repairs using similar quality materials, though at an additional cost.

Please note, Soul Nomads cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged jewelry post-delivery acceptance.

When sending jewelry for repairs, securely package it (preferably in the original jewelry box) and contact Customer Service for a repair form. Repairs typically take 15-20 business days to complete, starting upon receipt of your package, excluding federal holidays.
