Delivery and Return Policy

Please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions concerning the use and purchase of goods from our website. By accessing or placing an order on our site, you agree to these terms. These conditions may occasionally undergo updates, so we advise revisiting them whenever you visit our site to ensure compliance with any new changes.

 

1.CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND SOUL NOMADS:

Upon placing an order, you'll receive an email confirming our acknowledgment of your request, but this doesn't confirm order acceptance. Your order becomes officially accepted once it's shipped. We'll inform you if your order isn't accepted or if you choose to cancel it. Upon acceptance, you'll receive confirmation that your purchase has been dispatched. This acceptance forms a legally binding contract between you and Soul Nomads. Payment will be debited from your bank card upon order placement. If payment is made through PayPal or wire transfer, it will be deducted immediately.

 

2.PRICING AND DELIVERY:

Prices for goods are listed in USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY, and AUD for international buyers’ convenience. If your currency isn't in this range, you'll be billed in US dollars. Currency fluctuations and credit card charges for overseas purchases may cause variations in the final billed amount. Delivery charges are outlined on our website. Please note that certain locations may not be serviceable for delivery. Soul Nomads isn't accountable for local customs actions. You're responsible for duties and taxes incurred. Your purchase will be delivered to the provided address. Ensure accuracy in shipping details. Upon delivery, a recipient must sign for and accept the package.

 

Ownership of goods transfers upon delivery. Shipment occurs only after receiving full payment, inclusive of delivery charges. You assume responsibility upon receiving the purchase. Soul Nomads isn't liable for loss or damage post-delivery acceptance. Check packages for damage or tampering before acceptance. Prices may change without prior notice. We strive for accurate pricing but errors may occur. In such cases, you'll have the option to reorder at the correct price or cancel the order. If we can't reach you regarding pricing discrepancies, the order will be canceled.

3.OUT OF STOCK JEWELS AND ADVANCED PURCHASES:

While most Soul Nomads products are typically in stock, occasionally, certain items may become unavailable. Primarily, our inventory remains stocked, yet some diamond goods are crafted upon order. For specific items, we may request an advance payment. Once the full payment is received, your item will be promptly shipped. Priority for fulfillment is given to advance payment customers and those ordering immediate delivery over waitlist customers.

 

  1. CHECKING YOUR ORDER:

To track your order's status, simply log in to your account on our website and select "Order Status." For direct communication or inquiries, reach out to us at info@soulnomads.com, and we'll assist in tracking your order.

 

  1. CONTRACT CANCELLATION RIGHTS – RETURNS:

Cancellation requests must be made within 14 days of the order date without the need for providing a reason or incurring any penalties. If your order is in the dispatch process, contact us immediately at info@soulnomads.com; however, halting the dispatch might not always be feasible.

 

If your items have been delivered, your right to cancel the order is contingent upon:

 

  1. Not having worn or damaged the goods.
  2. Retaining any security tags attached to the goods.
  3. Holding the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Contacting Soul Nomads within 30 days of receiving the goods to obtain a Returns Authorization number (RA). Return the goods within 5 days of obtaining your RA number.

 

The following conditions must be met:

 

  1. The goods and packaging must be in their original condition.
  2. Securely wrap the items.
  3. Include our delivery slip.
  4. Utilize our agreed-upon delivery partner.
  5. Returns should be sent to: Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower No.1 Glenealy Central, HK, Hong Kong SAR.

 

Follow the instructions provided when you receive the RA number (Returns Authorization).

Full compliance with the refund stipulations entitles you to a complete refund, including applicable delivery costs.

 

Returns entail shipping at your own risk. Ensure the returned goods are insured. Until the return, the items remain your responsibility, and reasonable care should be taken. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may lead to a compensation claim from us, debited from your original payment method. Failure to return the purchase within 35 days (30 days after receipt + 5 days post RA issuance) implies full ownership without return, cancellation, or refund options.

 

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed post-approval without the refund, contact us at info@soulnomads.com.

 

  1. NOT INCLUDED IN OUR "FREE 30-DAY RETURNS" POLICY:

Our "Free 30-Day Returns" policy doesn't cover certain items, including all Bespoke Special Orders (also referred to as "customization," "engraved," or "personalized" items) or unique jewelry that cannot be exchanged or returned. Additionally, returns for sale items or gift cards cannot be accepted.

 

All other jewelry apart from Bespoke Special Orders or personalized items is eligible for our 30-day free return option. Ensure compliance with the steps outlined in point number 5 of our contract (CONTRACT CANCELLATION RIGHTS – RETURNS). Please note that sales taxes and import duties won't be refunded.

 

  1. DAMAGES & ISSUES:

Inspect your order upon receipt, and promptly contact us if you find any defects, damages, or if an incorrect item was received. We're committed to evaluating the issue and making things right.

 

  1. CANCELLATION BY SOUL NOMADS:

Soul Nomads reserves the right to cancel your order under exceptional circumstances, even after order confirmation. This might occur due to insufficient stock, unavailability of delivery in your area, or incorrect pricing of an item(s).

 

  1. DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY FOR JEWELRY FINAL THOUGHTS BY SOUL NOMADS:

If Soul Nomads cancels your order for any reason, you'll receive email and/or telephone notification. Any deducted funds will be credited to your account as soon as possible, within 30 days of your order. However, no liability or compensation will be assumed for the cancellation.
