Shipping Jewelry

Long distance shipping is a specialty of Soul Nomads. Our custom jewelry can be shipped to almost any required destination.

The shipping fees varies depending on the shipping method and destination. You chose method that fits you most based on cost or delivery time. Some options are cheaper but it may take longer to arrive. You are always free to choose the option that fits you best from our offerings. Note that we don’t offer to each country the same options as well the fees and transit time within them vary.

Rest assured, your shipment will be fully insured, and we’ll promptly furnish you with the tracking number whenever is possible so you can monitor its journey at your convenience.

Countries we don’t ship

We don’t ship to certain areas and countries. If you require a shipment to an area that doesn’t appear in our default countries, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will see if there are feasible options in order to ship our Soul Nomads jewelry to you.

Insured shipping

Orders will be shipped fully insured. Prior to accepting your delivered purchase, we suggest that you examine your package for possible tampering and/or damages before signing confirmation of receipt. We provide many services to our international customers in order to give them peace of mind. Our experience in international shipping, correspondence, and transactions inspires us to cater to everyone around the world.

Please take notice: Soul Nomads use the best carriers for our international shipments. Depending on the situation (country, amount, etc.) we reserve the right to determine which carrier is the most appropriate.

Shipping exceptions

There are instances in which a shipment will be delivered by a third-party carrier once it reaches its destination country. Additional fees may be incurred by your customs. Your customs office will be able to provide you with further details, since those situations are not possible to be handled from our side as well any of those additional costs.

Urgent Shipments

Whenever it is possible, Soul Nomads makes every attempt to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Should you have an order that is required urgently, please contact us to discuss express delivery options. Don’t hesitate to ask us any question regarding shipments and we will reply you in detail as soon as possible.

Eco-friendly packaging

Soul Nomads strives to minimize the environmental impact of the packaging. That’s why we like to use recycled materials to create our jewelry packaging whenever possible. When we ship your jewelry, we use a cardboard box with a customized velvet pocket envelope to keep your package safe during the shipment. Whenever possible, both will be manufactured from recycled materials and the inks used for the printing will be vegetable oil-based inks (not mineral oil-based inks) as we strive to minimize our environmental footprint. We encourage you to repurpose your packaging to create a “green-chain” and give greater meaning to our efforts by sharing our vision.
